Greater Manchester - Keys to Success
The Keys to Success programme aims to raise standards in schools in some of the most challenging circumstances in Greater Manchester and break the link between deprivation and underachievement. Its key aims are to:

create a culture of achievement

ensure sustainable improvement and embed best practice at all levels

help schools improve students’ results
-
strengthen school ethos and improve parents’ and pupils’ perceptions.
The Keys to Success programme will be supported by experienced advisers with practical experience of school improvement. Theses advisers will work with local authorities, School Improvement Partners and the National Strategies in supporting schools. Schools will receive a tailored package of support, according to need, brokered by Greater Manchester Challenge Advisers.
The programme will support both primary and secondary schools in the city region.
