Ed Balls and Ofqual announce terms of reference for Lord Sutherland inquiry into National Curriculum test delivery
On July 7, The Department and Ofqual confirmed that Lord Sutherland agreed to report to Ofqual regarding problems with delivery of the National Curriculum in summer 2008.
