Children and young people's mental health

Mental health is primarily the responsibility of the Department of Health (DH), but the DCSF does work together with the DH where their remits meet, taking forward the child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) agenda.

Further information on children and young people's mental health beyond the remit of the DCSF, can be found on the Department of Health website.
