The Government's response to coroners' recommendations following the inquests of Gareth Myatt and Adam Rickwood
Following the inquests into the deaths of Gareth Myatt and Adam Rickwood, the government promised a full response to the coroners’ recommendations. We have drawn up an action plan responding to each of the recommendations. This plan is a working document which demonstrates the volume of work underway to enhance safeguarding and child protection in the under-18 estate.
