Description	This publication gives guidance and information on how to carry out evaluations and appraisals of policies. It contains useful tips and advice on demonstrating the rationale and objectives of policies; outlining the policy options (including a "do nothing" option); carrying out cost benefit analysis and preparing impact assessments. It also has advice on contracting and managing evaluations.
