| Description | This publication revises SFR18/2004 (published on 17 June 2004) and includes a revised historical time series. The new time-series supersedes all previously published. The revisions are as follows, with more detailed information in the "Notes to Editor" section in the publication: Revised population estimates; Removal of the break in the time series at end 2001; Expanded qualification aims for all years; and using final data from all sources, where available.
