| Description | This Statistical First Release will present provisional 2005 Key Stage 3 National Curriculum Assessment results for all pupils in all schools in England. It will show the percentage of pupils, split by gender, who achieved the expected level in the English, mathematics and science tests. The distribution of attainment across all levels will also be published split by gender for both test and Teacher Assessment. | ||

| Additional information | DfES are aware of some errors and inconsistencies in the provisional Teacher Assessment data published in SFR 32/2005 for some Local Authorities. As a result we would advise anyone using this data to make decisions or form opinions about a Local Authority's performance to consult the Local Authority to guage their opinion on the accuracy of this data for their Authority. (UPDATED: 5 June 2006) | ||
