| Description | This publication provides Local Authority level results for the 2003 Children in Need census following the publication of the headline national results on 7 October 2003. This volume provides information on all children who were in touch with social services during a survey week during February 2003, including financial information and information on the hours and type of service received. It is the only sourse of information on children other than children looked after and children on the child protection register who receive services from social service departments. One of the main uses of the survey is to provide financial information on how authorities are spending their funding on children. | ||
