Guidance on funding for schools and LEAs

This site provides guidance based on frequently asked questions about the use of the NGfL funding available in 2001-02 within the Standards Fund. It supplements guidance provided in Circular 0255/2000.

Guidance is set out under the following headings:

• The NGfL baseline
• Grant allocations and the devolution of NGfL grant to schools
• Expenditure supported at school level
• NGfL progress reports (to be completed by LEAs)
