The Young Gifted & Talented programme

The Young Gifted & Talented programme

The vision for the Young Gifted & Talented (YG&T) programme is to give all gifted and talented learners in England the opportunity to reach their full potential.

We want to make funding work harder for a greater number of learners, in particular those from disadvantaged backgrounds, and to equip teachers and other staff with more of the professional skills and support they need to identify and deliver education to gifted and talented learners.

The YG&T website provides information and resources to help support gifted learners, their parents/carers, educators, governors and local authorities. The site will inspire, encourage and motivate learners and staff with stimulating programmes and activities, as well as provide information, resources and new ways of learning.

YG&T? Because you can do great things.
